Personal Training Plan
No rinse and repeat workouts here! Your workouts will be designed around your current fitness level and the equipment you have access to whilst being tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.
Monthly In-person Session
We’ll meet face-to-face at the gym for that extra push, technique tips, or just a good old-fashioned sweat session. It’s your chance to ask questions, build confidence, and get real-time feedback.
Weekly Check-ins
A quick weekly check-in keeps us on track and keeps you feeling supported. We’ll review wins, work through challenges, and tweak your plan to keep the momentum going strong.
